The picture on the left is my cardio bunny days (before I educated myself on training & nutrition), the picture on the right is after months of hard work with weights and proper nutrition to achieve the physique I wanted.  
I’m so tired of hearing about how women “should” have curves or women “should” look this way or that.   Newsflash…. Women can look ANY way we choose. Stop spreading gender stereotypes and start making your own rules!  I love muscle and I think it’s sexy. If you don’t? That’s cool… To each their own!  People’s opinion of what a woman should look like is just that…. An opinion! And in most cases… It’s an opinion that was unsolicited.  
Be whoever you want to be… Look however you want to look… And ignore the naysayers and the “haters”. <3 Be the best version of you, you can be and forget about the opinions of others.

I started seeing results…when I just shut up, and did the 5 simple things to get fit. 1) eat clean 2) cardio 3) strength train 4) drink a lot of water 5) getting my sleep in.  Stop worrying about quick fixes. It’s a lifestyle change people. Or you can just pay thousands of dollars to get liposuction. That’s cool too.  Just remember, “Anything that’s worth getting, never comes easy.”

It’s a common question I get - “is your icon photo of you?” Yes, it is. And due to deleting the original contents of my blog and restarting it, all of my original posts and photos are no longer on this blog but are still circulating tumblr - often with changed sources.
All of these photos are of me. I am proud of my body and I work with I as a team. I do not exercise every day, I do not count or restrict calories. I listen to my body and eat as much as it needs and wants. I do not have an ab routine, I do whatever exercise I feel like for however long - I have never been to the gym before, I exercise at home or outside in nature.
If you come across any of these photos with a changed source, please help me out and change the source back to it’s rightful owner - me.
